Join Grammy-winning musician Justin Robinson and D.L. Anderson on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Transfer Co. Food Hall for an exclusive look at GERMAN SOUL. This live documentary traces familiar Southern Piedmont dishes back to Germanic roots.

The evening features preview footage, gourmet tastings from Chef Jake Wolf, a round of "Guess That Dish" with Chef Cheetie Kumar, and a beta test of a new digital dish-mapping platform.
