Join Locals Oyster Bar on June 26th for an evening of NC oysters! This 1.5 hour class will offer a hands-on oyster shucking demonstration, complete with 12 oysters for you to practice shucking. We will also go over the importance of NC oysters in our state, farming techniques, environmental factors, and safety.
Shuckers from Saint James Seafood will be opening your oysters at Locals Oyster Bar this Thursday evening. $1 for every oyster shucked + raw bar tips will be given to our friends who were affected by the Durham blast. The more you eat, the more you help!
