AVAILABLE SPACES
BALLROOM
The Ballroom is our largest and most versatile space, accommodating up to about 100 seated guests or 200 standing. Ideal for weddings, large celebrations, and corporate events, it features a private entrance, restrooms, bar, stage, and full AV access. This fully private space starts at $1,500 for a 5-hour rental including setup and breakdown.
THE LOFT
The Loft comfortably seats up to 35 guests and offers an elevated view of the Food Hall with warm industrial charm. It’s well-suited for intimate dinners, networking mixers, or small celebrations that benefit from semi-private ambiance. Rental starts at $700 for 5 hours including setup and breakdown.
THE PATIO
The Patio accommodates up to 70 seated or 200 standing guests in an open-air, outdoor setting. It’s great for ceremonies, receptions, or seasonal celebrations, with access to string lighting and flexible layouts. This is one of our most accessible and versatile spaces at Transfer Co. Rental starts at $1,500, weather permitting.
LIFT BAY
The Lift Bay seats up to 25 guests and features a casual, open-concept design with three large TVs. It’s perfect for team meetings, watch parties, or informal gatherings near the action of the Food Hall. Rental starts at $500 for 5 hours including setup and breakdown.
